Our upgraded vehicle allows us to help heavy vehicles on site. Call the driver directly and explain what happened. We discuss the vehicle’s weight, dimensions, position and the assistance needed.

Is the vehicle in a ditch or stuck? Describe its position, weight and access so we can assess how to help it back out.
Minor repairs
We can help with minor repairs on site. Describe the fault so we can discuss what can be done for your vehicle.
Fitting a spare wheel
Flat tyre? Tell us which wheel is affected and whether a suitable spare wheel is available. We discuss the work and conditions with you.
Please note: on-site assistance
This service covers help at the vehicle’s location. We do not currently offer towing or onward transport of heavy vehicles. An enquiry does not mean that we can transport a heavy vehicle away.
Details that help us assess the job
- Location, road and access to the vehicle.
- Vehicle type, registration and approximate gross weight.
- What happened, dimensions and whether it can roll.
- Whether a spare is available and which wheel is affected.
