Start with the garage entrance
A garage may have several entrances, while the building address leads to a different door. Give the street used for vehicle access, the parking level and the bay or row number if available. Mention gates, barriers and locked doors between the entrance and the car.
Tell us the posted height limit if you know it. Do not try to judge whether a recovery vehicle can fit. These details help assess access; they do not guarantee that a particular vehicle can enter.
Explain whether the vehicle can roll
A car that will not start and one with locked wheels may need different assistance. Describe what happens when you try to start it, any damaged wheel and whether it can roll. Say whether a key is available and if other vehicles restrict access.

Discuss the method and transport first
Garage height, ramps, turning space and access vary. Call before attempting to move the car elsewhere. Mention damage or any other circumstance that could make movement difficult. The approach and any transport need to be assessed for your vehicle and garage.
We offer towing and roadside assistance in Stockholm. For a heavy vehicle, explain its weight and dimensions. Our on-site help for heavy vehicles does not include towing or onward transport of heavy vehicles.
Useful details to have ready
You do not need every detail before contacting us. For example: “The car is on level −1. The vehicle entrance is around the corner from the main entrance. The engine will not start and the gate needs a tag.” Give the details you know and we will discuss the rest.
- Garage address and the street used to enter.
- Parking level, row or bay number.
- Posted height restriction and gate or barrier information.
- Car model, registration if available and what has happened.
- Whether it can roll, and how access and the key can be arranged.
Give the location and speak to the driver
Whether the car is in Solna, Bromma or another area, the actual garage address matters more than the district name. Send your phone number and location or call directly. Availability, price, method and any destination are confirmed when we speak.
